Welcome to the Shifted Approach Health Coaching page. My name is Derek Talbott and I am an adventurer, ultra-runner, and a Primal Health Coach.
I specialize in helping middle aged men, ages 30-55 who are overweight, have high blood pressure, high triglycerides, low testosterone, chronic pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, insomnia, exhausted, tired all the time and want to get their life back to a new normal of optimal health, and a life full of energy and vitality and feel better than you ever have.
